Is there a gate better/faster than the Zuul+?

When the Zuul+ released, I compared it to the OG Zuul, and found the OG to be faster. I was lucky they let me send the Zuul+ back after a few back and forths.

Later I found the Guptech SUN, and I find it at least as good as the OG Zuul, but doesn't need me to have a Roach or something to split the signal. I've been using the SUN for a while, now, and haven't looked back.

Glad to see other SUN users in here. At some point around 2010, I bought a bunch of gates. This was before everyone and their mom owned a pedal company making their own gate. I stuck with the NS2 for years, until the Spectre Cockblocker came out. That one was great until trying to use it in the studio. It introduced some whistling sound that I couldn't get rid of. When the Zuul was released, I bought one and it really is one of the best gates I've tried. But I hated that I had to have a separate unit to split my signal. Then I tried the Zuul+ when it was released...see above comment. Eventually, someone told me about the SUN, and I haven't looked back. I don't even notice it's there until it gets turned off lol. I don't think I will ever look at gates again. It's the best one I've tried for me. And it glows in the dark. I have 3 of them lol.

Anyone have any experience with the TC Sentry? I have one coming today to try. Reviews and demos I have watched seemed positive, but I have not seen it mentioned too many time here.

I had issue with the Sentry. Bought one when it was released. It was advertised to do 4CM, but I couldn't get it to work right. When I contacted TC, they said it's not designed to work that way. I couldn't get it to do what I wanted and ended up returning it.
