He's not a pretty dude, losing his hair, and sounds like Kermit the Frog when he talks. But he let's his playing speak for itself and can sing his ass off. And since Eric Johnson doesn't sound like Eric Johnson anymore I don't mind that Joe basically ripped off his tone and phrasing.

Yeah, he does a pretty damn good job of ripping those EJ pentatonic lickes up and down the neck. Killer tone and chops.

he's a very good blues/rock player and has some of the best Les Paul's ever. I'm not into the style at all as it all sounds the same to me after 2-3 tracks. Joe B is extremely good at what he does and a cool guy as well.
