Judas Priest appreciation thread.

I'd venture to say that the definition of a classic is in the ears of the beholder. Maybe not a classic to some but to others yes and that's the beauty of music in general in how it affects you and makes you feel and I think that is something that we all can agree on.
Trust me, I'm all about obscure tracks, deep cuts, B sides, etc. But for an album, song, whatever, to achieve classic status, it should signify that, let's say at least 75% of said artist's fanbase is in general agreement that that particular selection is essential listening from that artist. I really doubt anywhere near that percentage of JP fans find Rocka Rolla absolutely essential.
 
I think I’ve spent 1000’s of hours listening to Priest albums. All of them.
 
British Steel is the most amazing Judas Priest album, just awesome song after awesome song
