Lil fokker sound?

we tried the fokker with a marshall cab and my orange with V30/scum H75s.. we never could get a similar tone you did in that video.. i don't know why, really, but - all we got was a weird tuby bassy mush no matter how we set it up (with bass at zero and deep almost fully disengaged) .. we literally I had a problem to find one usable setting that would fit a band situation, constantly tweaking the shit out of it.. it was either too flubby/dark or too scratchy/thin...
 
That's my buddy playing my old Lil Fokker. Perhaps yours had something wrong with it, cause there are plenty of good sounds in that amp.

I suppose a tube issue. I also had to change the first set.
