It seems like the Creation Audio Labs MK.4.23 Boost pedal
is well known around here. I came across it in some older posts.
I'd never heard of it before. It just arrived today and I couldn't be
happier! THIS is what I'd been looking for. I can hardly hear a difference
between the bypassed pedal tone and my direct tone. At low settings
it just makes every channel of my amp come to life. At higher settings
it drives my amp just like I want it to. After the Xotic EP Booster, Blackstar HT-Boost,
Suhr Koko Boost reloaded and Empress ParaEQ with Boost I was getting frustrated.
They were all cool, but they ALL changed my tone too much when they were bypassed.
For me this is by far the best sounding as well. If you're looking for a clean boost, check it out!
I could almost see having two. Keep one on at all times set low and set the second unit for more boost.
Only $149 direct too! Very affordable.
