Most bizarre comment you ever received about your music.

As kids we got to play some short sets at the local 4th of July celebration with the drummers Dad’s country band. We mostly played Stones and AC/DC covers. Some nice older ladies told us they liked the music but not the lyrics after a rousing rendition of “Highway to Hell”. They were very polite.

Would routinely have some random drunk person in the audience yell "PLAY SOME SKYNYRD!!!! FREEBIRD!!!! WOOOOHHHH!!!! Its like dude, this is a metal gig, you're at the wrong bar.

That's the same guy that shouts "play some Slayer!" as a Skynard cover band.
