He called 2 hours after I ordered a Tusq Nut. Of course, I let it go to Voicemail.
My guess is, he called to discuss said Tusq Nut I ordered 2 hours prior. I should have picked up the phone to tell him the Nut is to replace the Tusq Nut that I had Sweetwater install, as an addition to the Plek on my Jake E Lee Charvel. Maybe he should call the asshole who filed the high E slot way too low. I didn't ask for the "Sitar Option".

I used to have a great SW rep, good info when I had questions and then they switched me to a guy who is a brass player who knows jack about guitar equipment, talk about pinning the wrong guy to the wrong guy. He called me and was obviously just reading a product description from a website so I wrote them off for anything but strings at this point, shame cuz I used to like dealing with them but I guess like everything it just goes down hill.

I deliver ultimatums to my rep, then ghost him for weeks at a time. When he finally comes back around, I tell him to get off my property because his tires are weather checked and he smells like ass.

Don't buy used or demo shit from SW. They started outsourcing to gear nuts or some other 1/2 assed outfit. And they have ZERO clue how to ship electronic equipment. My rep said if I see open box, he'll give me the open box price on a new one. They regularly do overnight shipping as well for me for free. Almost every order. Love the place.
