There it is! In all its glory! Serial 196X . Arrived with a broken Mesa STR 420 but i swapped it for a quick test with an STR 415 and voila!
Too bad the UPS guy arrived just before it was time to go to work!
I'm gonna be posting clips in the coming days but here's 2 clips, the 1st one no boost and the second one using the cheap Demon TS9 clone (no drive - level and tone at 14:00

Congrats man, enjoy it. I've owned a ton of Rectifiers and different revisions, but always preferred the Triple over the Dual.

A litte bit of the silk screening was rubbed off over its life, but it has a killer back story. I acquired it from a Mesa employee.

Thanks a lot everyone! It sure sounds awesome and looks super sexy! I'm considering getting some new power tubes for it and I've read some posts from various recto owners that claim they actuslly prefer 6P3S-E tubes as they make the amp more raw. @Racerxrated IIRC you commented in a post about using some of these in ur 2c+ some years ago right?

Yes! They are the military version of the Sovtek 5881 wafer bottom tubes. They handle high PV and last forever. Or, they last longer than most 6L6/5881 types that aren't vintage. I honestly didn't hear much difference in my C+ Coli when A/Bing them with Mesa STR 415s(Sylvania 6L6GC from 60s/70s).

Nice! I've found both foton and reflector, which one should I get? Thanks!

Are you shure about the 6p3s? I read different things about the tube. Anodes work at 250V, however, a lot of people run them in their amps wirh 450V PV and they seem to work fine.
