Yes! They are the military version of the Sovtek 5881 wafer bottom tubes. They handle high PV and last forever. Or, they last longer than most 6L6/5881 types that aren't vintage. I honestly didn't hear much difference in my C+ Coli when A/Bing them with Mesa STR 415s(Sylvania 6L6GC from 60s/70s).
Sorry for the necro bump but want to chip in on the Russian 6P3S-E tubes; I bought 3 quads of them and like them in almost all my heads.
But especially in the Mesa 2:90 they sound amazing with the mid forwarded sound they produce and sound they saturate a bit earlier with a lower bias they provide exactly what I need.
Here you can hear it with a Kartakou Colossus and a mild overdrive:

I also have these in my EVH 5150 100S and like them also in my triple rectifier mw.
Not sure if they will last but the tone is better than a regular 6L6GC imho.
