hey tweedskie where you staying?

i'm bringing a bunch of friends down friday so not a good hang out night but thursday is good--maybe an axefx hotel room jam?? and sat i'm only coming down for guthrie.....

Thinking of some sort of comeback that has both wit and sarcarizm......................I have nothing.

It is what it is Bob, you see you have to fly there now. Kind of like the Jaws ride at Universal..........you are not REALLY being attacked by Jaws.

do i look happy or what?? that gig was INSANE. even my wife was blown away and that's normally a good sign that the music was off the chiznook!
and the last time the dyno four played the potato with vinnie on drums.
 
Pat, with all due respect, that is not the best picture to post of your wife. She's a beautiful lady, and looks like an 18 wheeler is about .07 seconds from running her over in that pic. :D

yup---the amount of talent jammed into that tiny stage is beyond absurd.
it's like watching van halen jam in your bathroom in '78 and brushing eddie's teeth while he plays eruption for the first time or something..it doesn't make sense!

but the intimacy of that place makes everyone in attendance feel like family enjoying a thanksgiving dinner together

I wish I was going this year. I'm missing good shows this year, Guthrie at ToneMerchants, Ed D at the Bake Potato.. :cry:

yeah man this guy would be in heaven with a fuchs amp cranked up a bit...
and his technique is ridiculous. the only other guy i've ever seen play with that kind of economy of motion is gambale, holdsworth, and on a smaller bluesier way this guy:
