I’m running into the 1960 on top and the mode 4 on the bottom. It has v30’s. But I’m just getting the 1960 with t75’s hitting me in the face….

Try it with either or and hear the difference. Stilettos are basically a Marshall for V30s.

Do you have a ground lift switch?

That was my first thought too. Sounds like a ground loop. Either a ground lift, or try a cable where the shielding is only connected at one end - gives shielding (hopefully) but cuts the ground loop (hopefully).
