The cool thing about the original is that the clean boost side knob also controls the level of the mid boost side. Or something like that anyway. The higher the clean boost knob is set, the harder the mid boost side is pushed.

That said, I still think I like the Duncan 805 more most of the time. The Koko is a bit rounder/smoother & the 805 sharper/tighter and has control over bass, treble, and mids.
