It really is just a number.

I used to think about why I don't feel like time has passed since my 30's. But it has. Lots of friends, family, favorite musicians aren't here anymore. Time has passed, and I'm enjoying it. Right here, right now.

Youre right but it gets discouraging. I still have strength, reflexes and general fitness but everything hurts from a lifetime of athletics/training and Lyme disease only exacerbates the situation. Its the not being able to operate at the physical levels that I used to that hits me the most. Its inevitable but its still a hard pill to swallow..
