They are stretchy. One size fits all, as long as the length is right. You just need to know your shoe size in European.
Might be tough to wiggle that toe in there though. It's tough enough to do when all the toes wiggle properly. You might be better off in those Santana Slippers. Ask @VonBonfire about them. He'll help you get the right pair.

My wife has some Hey Dudes. I like them but I haven't worn anything but boots since 2008. If I try to wear shoes I get all torn up out here.
