Someone here in L.A. is selling a bunch of Trevor's stuff on Craigslist. A pair of Ampeg Lee Jackson VL1002's caught my eye.

There are a few guys like that in LA who move stars' old gear. Once in a while you see some of EVH's old studio gear on eBay too, always from the same guy in Burbank.

Just wanted to revive this thread because I've been listening to a lot of Trevor's work with Yes and his solo work lately. The guy is a monster player, writer, and producer... and I like his voice as well. When I listen to my Yes catalog, I always appreciate Trevor's writing, playing, and tone more than Howe's. Don't get me wrong, Howe is very good and you know it's him when you hear him. But Trevor's tone and playing is so much more polished than Steve's.

Thanks to this thread I went to YouTube, I had never heard of Live In LA, been a big fan for years of Can't Look Away. Those live recordings are ridiculous! Trevor was such a combination of shredder and melodicist, and did it LIVE! It's sick these videos only had a couple hundred viewings. Such a talent. He's one of the most underrated guitar player ever. That's a shame the Rolling Stone didn't list him as one of the top 100 guitar players of all time. He's a true master of tone and sound. imo.

If RS lists you as a top 100 guitarist... you should worry. Rabin is a monster musician and I'd rather be him any day over some of their heros (like Cobain).
