Replacing a guitar neck

Have you ever completely replaced the neck on an electric guitar? How many times?

Replace? Sure, probably a hundred times. They all bolt up the same way - I have a couple of necks and a couple of bodies that are "orphans" (not factory original) that I trade necks and parts around all the time depending on what I think looks coolest this month.

Set neck or neck through... not so much

I remember people warning about neck-through guitars that if there's a problem with the neck then the guitar is trash. I still have a couple older neck-throughs that are in working condition. Seems like a rare thing that a neck would need to be completely replaced due to damage. Maybe if you play a lot of rough gigs.
