RT Consensus - Reasonably Priced - Good Quality Cables?

Mogami are expensive but you can bring a bad cable anywhere that sells mogami and get it replaced free no questions asked

Mogami 2524 for guitar/longer connections and 2319 for stuff within/inside the pedalboard and rack. Squareplug or Neutrik connectors. Buy the cables and connectors and solder them Yourself, You will save a big penny.

I looked at mine last night and I also use 2524 for long guitar cables as well.

I went down this rabbit hole recently. I've started making my own, buying cable and connectors from Redco.

Capacitance isn't everything and you'll get good quality with any of these options, but I like the Gotham stuff.
CablepF/m$/ft
Bestronics CA-044666$1.17
Gotham GAC-1 UltraPro69$0.95
Daddario American Stage92
Mogami W2524130$1.15
Belden 9778148
Canare GS-6160$1.10

I looked at getting pre-made from either WBC or Redco, but the cost was just not worth it compared to making them myself. My last batch was two 12ft and two 5ft: ~$80 shipped from Redco. WBC and Redco would be ~$140.

I'll have to look into Best-Tronics. Most of my recent cables have been WBC Gotham, and I have zero complaints, but it's fun to see what's out there....
