A guy came over to my house a few weeks back. He brought his Promod over. Man that amp was tight! Huge and clear. We plugged in my QR after and I thought it was way better than the Promod....but it all depends what you are after...I guess I just don't like KT-88s in amps.

Alot of it is speaker too. The Splawn 4x12 with Splawn SB25 makes my QR sound more aggressive and modern than my Mojo 4x12 loaded with GB's.
Either way, the QR has modern tone in there. It's actually my 'Modern Marshall' amp. LOL!
