Here are a could glamour shots of the 2 I still have. I love the 4AP model best.
The top one is 24.75” scale and I shipped them Tom Anderson HF set of pickups they installed. 3 way switch: Bridge - Neck-Split - Neck

Bottom one is when I was big into 7 strings and there were zero 7 string HSS models to be found, just didn’t exist as far as I could find.

Ok purple heart looks dope on this cutting board with walnut. I'm just not sure it would stand out enough as tiny 3mm dots on a wenge board.

I think purple heart is the winner but Skervesen is saying the fretboard will be sealed/finished and will look quite dark. And purple heart does fade over time to a brown color. So I'm not sure how it'll turn out. I don't think they've ever tried it before. I want to be brave and go for it, but I'm not sure yet haha. I need to decide quick because they said they're gonna start radiusing the neck this coming week and need to have the inlays locked down. So yeah, I'm leaning toward purple heart or the default luminlay.

The Luminlay would be the 'safe route' - that's for certain - and it isn't like it would look bad. Decisions, decisions...
