SLO/Decatone and Mesa Boogie High Gain

Yeah, a tremoverb and a boost is super versatile and would cover more than you're asking, plus save ya some cash.
 
I've got an EQ pedal, so I'll experiment with it. But the Decatone sounds I linked, which I would first try to replicate with the blues channel as Snave said, sound kinda boxy, but it might be because he's using the neck pickup. Some of my other favourite tones also sound sorta boxy as well (Jonny Greenwood's tones for example, on songs like "Just" and "My Iron Lung").

I've also got a bunch of drive pedals, so I could use them for a lead boost, a crazy fuzz sound, feedback, etc

Most of the dual rectifiers I've tried haven't been too good, and I didn't really like how they sounded, but the moment I played a T-Verb for the first time I fell in love. I'm glad to hear that it's versatile enough for those tones :)

You can get those all day long for under a grand. Good deal for sure.
