Would you be able to do a pedal that uses a 12A*7 tube? Remember those old Maxon ROD 880 & 881 overdrive/distortion and RCP 660 compressor pedals that used a 12AX7 tube?

I know everyone likes different things but I thought it sounded absolutely horrible. Raspy, thin...a real dog. Maybe it was just that pedal but man...box o' dog turds.
