Just waiting on my ADA STD-1 to get back from ADA. A rack would help...

Racks are over rated ... just put it in a cardboard box maybe ? :)

For some reason I thought you lived in Tampa .... when I was living there cool air usually was not a problem ....

Nice rig by the way..

I used a ground control and it worked great. Best delay, I should snag one again :) I know the GT Mastermind can handle it :D

Can you use the loops to run pedals in front of an amp, and then come back into the 2290 to use in an amps FX loop? That would save me some bucks on a GCX or RJM Loop Switcher....

Yes, that's exactly how I have mine connected. The RK100 is a single channel amp, so I employed a Soldano SP-77 to handle clean tone duties. The bonus is that I can also use the SP-77 gain channel. Cornford power sections are basically the same as Soldano, and the SP-77 gain tones are spectacular!

The 2290 loops run in-series, so you will need to place your amplifier preamp in the proper position. Plug your guitar into the 2290 input - then plug your pre amplifier effects (Phase 90, flanger, gain...etc) into their respective loops. 2. Run a cable from the last loop 'send' into the front of your amp - then from your amp effects loop 'send' into the last loop 'return'. 3. Next run a cable from the TC 2290 main output (L or R) into your amplifier effects loop return. I'm running my Soldano SP-77 through loop #2 and the RK100 preamp section through loop #1 - since all of my switched effects are positioned after the preamps. I may position my Phase 90 and Tube-Vibe as switched effects, so I would of-course need to move the preamps further down the switch path. I was ready to purchased an RJM switcher, but discovered there's no need... The 2290 switcher system is the fastest, quietest switcher I've ever used. Zero lag, seamless, dead-quiet switching! :)

If you get ground-loop hum, plug the secondary preamp into a Hum-X hum eliminator socket module.

Thanks very much!!!! Well written and appreciated!

Back to the TC2290...
just released a new library of presets for this amazing delay!
Tons of hires audio clips available here:

http://www.italodeangelis.com/it/eventi ... sp#library

Do yourself a big favor... download and listen to the 24/96 audioclips (rather than listening to streaming shitty mp3 @320kbps) and use a good set of headphones or speakers!
Don't tell me you are using PC speakers!

enjoy
