FYI the ENGLs on their website seem to have combo IEC jack/fuse holders:

I don't know shit about v1 powerballs but I found a picture of the back of one, and it had the same setup.

Given how janky they’re designed, I wouldnt just replace the fuse. It really does need to be looked over for burnt traces or arcing or other damage from the shorted tube. Nothing is high quality in them and this is where they truly show their colors - in the corners they cut to maximize profits.
