A real '59 Bassman chassis that I got in the 90's from Dave Shriver (bassist for Eddie Cochran and Trini Lopez), which I housed in a tweed Mojotone 4x10 shell that Mojo's original owner Nate built for me and loaded up with real P10R's.

Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Marshall 4104 combo. I sold it to a "friend". Made the agreement that if he were to sell it, he would sell it back to me. He sold it for heroin 3 days after buying it

The dealer prolly would have sold it back to you for less than your "friend" paid. Shoulda tracked him down!

That was about 18 years ago. I haven't talked to that "friend" since he did that.

Suhr Badger 18. I needed the cash. Not the first time I've sold off gear that I didn't want to. :(

Bogner 100B serial number 55! Stolen from me by a guy named Kim Coffey!
That flat out sucks. Did you make him pay! :gethim:

I sold a Dual Rectifier back in 2006 I think. I always got compliments on my tone with it. I researched buying a head for a long time before that. Finally got it and loved it for a long time. It was also my first real tube amp. I saved for months for it. Not everyone can say that. I bought a Mesa Dual Rec half stack when I was about 19. Used it playing live for a while. Then I started to experiment. I owned a VHT Pittbull, a Randall RM100 looking for versatility, a JCM2000... A JCM800...

I guess back then the dual rec wasn't cool and there was a lot of hate for it. I thought I could do better with another amp and went looking for one. Never found one that I liked quite as much (in my limited experience and price range).

After being without any amp for a while, I bought a 6505 and an Orange 2x12 and I'm pretty happy with that. I might buy something else in the future, but this is working for me for now.

a Killer kali .. the modded marshall GAS always comes back =0 i don't regret it per say, would like to have that amp again tho

I don't own any of my amps, I am just renting them till I move on to something different. :)

Ha, Ha, Ha...I knew that was coming. It did sound pretty good though. Sometimes I think maybe I should have kept it. It's kind of like a good piece of ass....you never know what you've got till it's gone. ;)

With any luck I'll get that one back.... :D

Hughes & Kettner Triamp MK1. The model before they got all gay with the lights.

I was 17 and I bought a 1987 Marshall silver jubillee, I sold it for a Boogie, because I wanted more gain. Big mistake. I remember I put 200.00 down and it was 800.00 new. I would go and pay payments of 75.00 a week. Now I see them for 1,900. That one I regret.

Got a Hagen after 7yrs w Herbert then I sold it. Thought Hagen was it n realized I kept tweaking m tweaking it to sound like Herbert drove me nuts! Found a guy on here we traded his Herbert for my Hagen. As soon as I plugged in to it again,I knew Herbert was #1

Landry LS100. I checked out a couple of videos from a couple of years ago and my tone was ripping! That amp was monstrous.

My first Marshall that I bought new in 88.... a 2205, and I sold it SUPER cheap =/ Also, I had to sell my first run/low serial number Uberschall with metal grill due to needing some cash on the fast...... =(

I had a modded 5150 that I sold when I was getting divorced. I haven't been able to find anything close to that amp since.
