The Official..... unOfficial Bad Cat Amp Thread *_*

All very insightful information from some lunatic and well to do know it all who can't even use a knife correctly or as good as he pretends to relative to actual professionals in a kitchen..... Or isn't even a Pizzaiolo, has been one, ever was one or has the same experience with Neopolitan pies and knows nothing about anything......

Who advises people misuse and mishandle their rig/gear.

But nvm him and his BS..... This thread is about Bad Cat amps.
How would you know what my skills in the kitchen are? And I never said anything about my abilities being on par with or better than a professional Chef. That would be you who's trying to portray they're better than a professional by calling herself a Pizzaiolo. I only claimed I understood the hierarchy of the kitchen because of my time in it and default role as a sous chef.

BTW I worked in a seafood bistro for my time in a kitchen not a pizza hut. And I've seen the little youtube video of your "knife skills". It looked more like you hacking at raw dough than anything resembling actual skill.

Good info - noted 👍
Bad info and well a Pizzaiolo is a Chef much like a Sous Chef or a Chef in charge of Meats..... Forgot what it's called but it's a French term under a Brigade system.

Anyways in a kitchen that works as a brigade you have different Chefs aside from the main Chef or Executive Chef. This isn't Popa Johns or Costco or some place where some well to do know at all like Hatter is most likely a Chef over guys they got at Home Depot.

Anyways in a real Pizzeria and a Neopolitan Pizzeria Pizzaiolos are the Chefs and there is a hierarchy, Salad folks and those who cut cakes or serve Ice Cream are not Pizzaiolo/Chefs and only the main Pizzaiolo/Chef works the oven mainly, it varies from place to place but that is usually how it goes and all Pizzaiolo/Chefs can do every position if needed from stretching, topping to working a 1,000+ degree oven.

working a 1,000+ degree oven.
Now we all know you're completely full of shit.

At 1000+ degrees all your pizzas must come out like this.

Black pizza

You're literally going to be playing at high volume at the point it blows. There is a risk. Now, I'm not telling you not to take that risk. Unlike the Miata's driveshaft it won't catapult you into the next county when it breaks. You'll just be out some money a some aggravation. But if someone asks, I'm certainly not going to recommend a setup with issues like that.
Dude, can you give us some examples of it happening ? The possibility is so minute that my guess is it never happens.

Do you wanna know why almost every thread you start winds up being just you talking to yourself? It’s not because no one is interested in the topic. There will always be someone interested in nearly any topic. It’s because no one can understand what you’re saying. Because you are a fucking idiot.

Again an idiot "Chef" who only got where he was because all the other fuckers he worked with were from Home Depot.....

And Neopolitan Pizza is cooked at 800+ to 1,000+ degrees in some cases depending on the oven and cook and hydration of the dough. It sounds insane and it is and well yeah not just any idiot like you can do it, it takes skill, talent and patience and to do it right learning from actual Italians and actual folks from Italy and Naples.

This is why Italians thought I was one of them because not a lot actually know how to do it or can and yeah my nickname was Vento/Ferro or Wind/Iron 😂

But
1) such an extreme difference is not being discussed here
Generally even 25W greenbacks have not been considered reliable in a 4x12 with a 100w head. Now I think it's true that historically more people dime metal panels than 5150s. It's also true that the nominal power rating of a tube power section is generally at low (1-2%) THD. So with substantial power amp distortion. that 5150 is capable of a lot more than 100W.

Personally I generally like to see something like 40-50% design margin in speaker wattage and if people ask for recommendations that's what I'll recommend. But just like with the Miata, you're one cheap yet huge Chinese turbo away from doing whatever the fuck you want.

You are so impressive. Burning pizzas, blowing trannys, or arguing the wrong side of subjects you know nothing about...just impressive

Let's let everyone take a gander at those impressive pizza making skills of yours.
A master Pizzaiolo indeed...
Looks more like a hack job to me.

Cooking at 1,000 degrees is the Naples way.....

There is no other way. You get a cook in 2 minutes or less or 90 seconds or less. Its the best, it's the original. The Naples way, nothing is better *_*

Okay a good a NY slice isnt bad and customers love that too but its just different.

Thats a spatula aside from the knife and I'm holding a cellphone while making it....... And tossing the fucker in too..... With one hand. Its one of the harder pizzas to make too.

Sorry I wasn't riding a unicycle too and juggling balls while I was at it.

This is a special one from Southern Italy folks from Naples taught me.

Excuses, excuses. If you were such the master you claim to be you should be able to do it with one hand and be using the proper tools.
