Your 85 neck looks just like either of the two neck from the mid 80s that I had....and your pro mod, if you add 33 yrs of hand oil and grime to the back of it I'll bet it will look and feel exactly the same.
One of my 08-09 pro mods that I had was a sweet player, and was a heavily gigged guitar with a dark neck like your vintage Charvel. The neck was sweet...Charvel necks get better over time with more use.
