Bigtime!! I had one way back when they first came out,,the model escapes me,,it was 80 watts and stereo chorus in a combo, AWESOME sounding amp!!

I put my vote in for the Mesa Heartbreaker, great amps, but they were overlooked and forgotten about.

Yamaha T100 or T100C.
These are the amps Soldano did with them around 1990 for a brief moment and they're fantastic 2 channel amps that have some seriously good sounds. (& can be found super cheap!)

On this forum,

JVM...that amp is one killer clip away from getting hot again.
Mesa Tremoverb...........better than the single recto imo.

Peavey Classic 30 and 50...!!

Awesome amps - with a little change up of the glass and driver, these things go from bargain to boutique in no time flat. Also a nice PCB to make the upgrades to better circuit components...

I love 'em!!

the 50 is quite a sleeper. it's very hard to find an amp with that caliber of bluesy breakup anywhere. reverend hellhound is another.

Yep.

Fact is, I've got the 30 re-worked right now, and I'm keeping my eyes open for a 50 as they're just awesome amps. I've got a circuit board re-work for both - new tubes, new caps/resistors, and a couple sweet drivers and these things rival some of the best boutique amps in the world. I swear, the number of peeps I've had through my session space that B line it to this 30 of mine, totally bypassing the heavy hitters, is incredible. Plug in a strat, or a Lester, and the tones are simply perfect.

Not a do all amp, and I avoid the gain channel completely, but for sweet break up and color, I'm so impressed. And they're pretty damn cheap too :D

Peace Y'All, I've gotta get some sleep - knackered...

I used to a gig a VH140C when they first came out. This is like in 1992.

How tall are you? That LP and Halfstacks look tiny next to you Brad.

For underrated amps, it's hard to say as every amp builder has his own forum these days, with owners hyping their stuff.

I would say Steavens doesn't get the love and attention they deserve. Extremely badass, versatile amps.

Reeves - at least on this forum. There's been a few threads, but they don't seem to get the love other amps do. Most likely because they aren't a good fit for the super-heavy chuggng thing...

I seriously want one

Krank Chadwick series. Great sounding amp for classic rock/old school metal with a boost, and can be picked up used for a song. An awesome clean channel comes in the series II, and it loves pedals.
