What amps have you not had ?

My Ultra Lead was my favorite amp until I got my first MTL. You’re right though, Wizards are an expensive proposition and some maybe better off not trying. Lol. Still have my UL but it sits next to 4 Wizards.

I went down it and I must say it’s still my fav tied with Marshall Hermanson. Wizard is always in my blend

Been going through the long list of amps I haven’t had or played and theirs still a few heavy hitters. Wondering if anyone else has a list to check off ?

Definitely want to play through some ENGLs, Wizard, Larry & Revv... a Peter's would be awesome as well.

To be honest I've not had a lot o the amps people talk about here. Partly because I live in a small hick town with a tiny mom & pop music store that never has good amplifiers. I think the coolest amp they've ever had was a Marshall jcm900 slx. I played it briefly and it sounded like a Marshall to me, nothing I haven't heard a billion times by now,. Didn't sound bad, but it just was, you know.... a Marshall. It had that sound.

I gotta buy online to try amps out, or try friends amplifiers, who for the most part just have your run of the mill Marshall, Peavey and Fender amps. Like jcm 800's, 900's DSL's, TSL's, Fender twins, Fender bassmans, 5150's etc... Nothing really cool or unique like a Wizard. No one here has ever even heard of a Wizard, except me, lol.

But I have briefly played thru a Mark IIC+ DRG and it was an amazing sounding amp.
