Would like to have headshell built for Peavey Amp.

If you're making something basic most places like Home Depot will offer up to three cuts for free and/or charge $1 per cut after that when purchasing their lumber/plywood. That'll avoid most of the tool expenses for a one time project and you'll get the dimensions you want with no risk of ruining materials.

Weekends and mornings when they open and everyone is scrambling for materials is a bad time to go. If you go on a weekday in the afternoon they won't be busy and you might get a lot of free help for your project.

I believe there is a site called Amplified parts or something and they sell the exact peavey spec reverb tanks. If I remember the triumph uses the short three spring tank.

I order from them all the time, I will look there first.

I got a response from Sour Mash and they said all their cabs are built to order and they can get one that works great for the Triumph. So now its just a matter of seeing if my friend wants to pony up the money.
