Every bit of info is greatly appreciated, thank you! This Xenrelic guy had some interesting designs going on to give you some more ideas. Here's an SLO layout as well.

Awesome I will definitely have to check that out, thank you! How well do you think that would adapt to a Plexi circuit? That should be pretty easy. The Meshuggah is just an 800 circuit with diode clipping. Typical Jose mod type of thing. Ceriatone has a layout you can use on their website.

Similar ball park as this.
That sounds pretty killer. If I could get a tight chunky sound out of the Plexi I’d be pretty satisfied, but the balance is still being able to go back to full stock when switches disabled. I see the new 1959M01 can get pretty gnarly with a boost too. Definitely seems like the Plexi is a great platform for anything haha, Thanks!
Is the Chriatone layout the Gargoyle? That should be pretty easy. The Meshuggah is just an 800 circuit with diode clipping. Typical Jose mod type of thing. Ceriatone has a layout you can use on their website.

Thank you! I may look at that for reference for sure. Take some of the specs and apply them to the 100 Watt 1959HW. The schematics available on their site?Yep, that's the one

I would imagine so, the mods Ive been directed to so far apply to the 50 Watt models also. Please feel free to use this thread. I’d love to gather more info on everything Plexi modding for the project brainstorm.Great topic. Are all these mods applicable to the 1987x or should I start a new thread?
I tried that too but realized that my amp already had enough mids already. It was a fun experiment though. That mod is only good if the amp lacks mids when the Middle control is all the way up. It'll do nothing special other than that.Always wanted to try the 50k Mid pot, but I don't have the heart to pull the trigger on a very clean & stock year 1975 100W 1959...
