and they code it as "customer changed mind" rather than "broken/defective"it's not that they don't know ...... they don't care ..... unfortunately .... I've brought back a few amps that I have straight up told the guy ..... " it's broke .... it's not working right "
then see that amp re-listed by the time I get home ...... and then re sold 4 days later .
