Hah, I spent a good deal of my life in Kingston... moved out in 2000, and now I live a bit upstate (Albany).

Next move is hopefully far south, as I'm sure I never need to see snow again.

Moved .... several times actually (part gypsy).

I now live a few kilometers south of the airport and east of the ocean. Less than a block from " the hooker bar" in the ghetto. About 10 meters from the lake (not in a van or trailer)...

I'm the odd ball here as I'm looking right past the betties and going direct for sizing up the break on the horizon, looks like a sweet A framing reef sweep, maybe, what, 3 foot Hawaiian sized??

I'm sick. 100% absolutely addicted to surfing.

Thanks for the pic Zachman, and hey, feel free to send me some surf shots a la PM. I'd be ever so thankful

Best City in the World :)

Up until around 2000 I would have agreed with you. I spent about 15 years there at different times. These days when I go back I see a shadow of the formerly great city.....expensive, congested, crime ridden, poorly governed......even the gigs seems to have dried up a bit.

The 80's and 90's in Sydney were incredible. Greatest party town on earth......I wish I could go back to those days!!
