I havent talked to this buddy of mine from high school in probably 20 years and a friend and I were talking about him a couple months ago, so we looked him up in LinkedIn. Turns out he lives/works in Texas where my friend was flying to for business just a few days later. They met up and chatted some and he gave him my number and he texted me several days later and we caught up some. He messaged me the other day and we talked 80s music and guitars and he asked if I was a John Sykes fan. I was like, you know who youre talking to, right? Lol anyways, in return for me buying him a sealed copy of a Led Zeppelin record years ago for his birthday, he got my address and sent me a lil care package that showed up today.
