I just want to say that out of all of the flat earth arguments. the Van Allen belt argument is by far the most stupid.

I've never seen that used to defend flat earth, but rather, to attack the idea that moon landing isn't possible. I think it is reasonable that someone would doubt such far fetched tales at face value.
