Cabinet for EVH 5150 III Stealth 100W

Now you're conflating medical statistics with a consumer guide frequency response curve of a guitar speaker? :hys:
You cannot sell electrical products legally without complying with laws. There's all sorts of labeling on electronic products. It has to be accurate by law.

https://esasafe.com/electrical-products/recognized-certification-marks/

"Before an electrical product or piece of electrical equipment is used, sold, displayed or advertised for sale in Ontario, it must be approved by an accredited certification or evaluation agency. The item must carry the official mark or label of the agency which indicates that the product has been independently assessed for safety.

These rules define the standards for safe electrical products and electrical installations in Ontario, and when followed, protect the public, workers and contractors as well as business owners.

Installation and connection of unapproved electrical equipment is against the law, puts people at risk and can lead to prosecution."

Yes, that's why amp companies have fudged power ratings for the entire history of the industry, and no guitar amps have been ever sold in Canada because they need to be accurate. Good point man.

It's not Canada. It's Ontario. Rest of Canada is different.

It's very clear that things must be tested. Standards improve over time.

Well, the law in Wenatchee, Washington state clearly states that it's illegal to perpetrate midwit pedantry on a guitar forum, and I think you may be in violation.

I don't believe a large corporation like Celestion would not take samples and use averages to comply with laws of various countries.

First it was magical power ratings and magical power handling.....

Then we had magical tonewoods and magical pine meant for clean amps but can be used for high gain amps thanks to magic......

Now 20=25 and we have magical maths/science and the Associative Property of BS....

Next up.

Magical electricity

They're made in UK.

SAMPLE TESTING. Not sample test.

6) The manufacturer must, when appropriate with regard to any risk posed to end-users, carry out sample testing of products they have placed on the GB market, investigate any complaints that the products are not in conformity with the 2016 Regulations, and keep distributors informed of any actions taken as a result. The manufacturer must also keep a register of these complaints, of products found not to be in conformity, and of product recalls.

I bet everyone there calls handcheck fouls

Flopping is encouraged here, as well as ridiculous gather-step rules on traveling/double dribble

In all seriousness a few years ago the entire state voted to cap the fees on license plate tabs at 35$ and Olympia literally pretended the law didn't pass and doesn't exist

I literally live in a fucking clown world

Crazy how that works, that no matter what the law says , what matters is what is actually enforced

So you still can't show the evh cabs rated at 80 watts?

Are they above the law?
