I need a really clean channel for my intros ect. and a highgain channel for the chug stuff

Both the Savage and the EVH Stealth will do a 'good enough'/quite nice clean channel.
Workman-like. It may lack the shimmer of say the cleans on a Mesa Mark V (or VII I suppose, but no firsthand experience yet with that one... Wouldn't want to BS you like a little kid ) or a Diezel D-Moll.
The Engl Savage will have more tone shaping options for the clean channel with the 2 mid controls, preshape and contour switches.
