So I started the madness for my Diezel Paul

Oof!

I used a configurator to get a basic idea.

I will use the wood plank for testing and troubleshooting and then I'll get the right board with carrying case:

I don't know man...I see all of this work and the mess of cables and I'd just run the FM9 in 4CM with the Paul and be done with it. Easy peasy.

Believe me, the thought has entered my mind many times....lol...

I just went back to pedals after using the FX8 for everything. I still use the FX8 for stereo in the loop of both amps for chorus, delay, reverb, and EQ, but I use analog pedals up front and I think it's way better. Really, hybrid setups are the way to go. Even if you run all pedals, digital time effects are great.

Just playin.. That switcher has neat implications..
Can you program the order of the loops with each saved preset, or do you stage the order like chorus in the 1st loop and delay in the last and they will stay in that order and ur just turning them on an off?

You can change the order. That makes it really versatile...

I have toyed with this idea. But, a lot of these pedal builders do have unique tones that really can't be modelled IMO...
Yeah, that's it. I wish I could get my FX8 to do what the EQD Transmisser does. I love that thing, but don't want to have to tap dance two just to put them in the stereo rig. I'm settling for a long generic reverb, and I know it.

2 toe shoes in one thread? The end times must be upon us!

:p

Nice simple board! The only pedals I run with any regularity are a Boss SDE-3 in the loop and a tuner, so its hard for me to justify getting a board. I have a small handful of boosts and EQs and an EVH Flanger I've grown to hate, so nothing to necessitate anything large, but I always like seeing what other players are using.

People who wear toe shoes just make better pedalboards. It's a fact.
