Do you have the 899$ EVH striped guitar?
I can't play any Van Halen well enough to rock a rig like that.
I have the 5153 50&100 watt heads, the 2x12 cab and the black and yellow striped EVH guitar. Im no evh fanboi at all but I play in an 80s cover band so I can get away with the look. The EVH striped series plays better than my Charvel MZ or my Splawn ss2 guitar at well under half the price.
Im not an EVH fan either but these products kill.

I'm going to add fuel to the gas... i bought a 50watter in white tolex 2 weeks ago or so and it friggin' RIPS!!!! Playing this thing through a oversized bogner 2x12 cab.. i used to own a 101b xtc and the similarities CAN be heard overall tone wise, the bogner being darker/chewier and the evh being brighter/tighter soldanoish tone. Honestly... scarily good and close tones can be had. The evh is in my top 5 fav amps owned throughout the many many amps i have previously tried/owned.. it is that good. That is in direct comparison to the likes of SLO/Bogner XTC/Mesa road king/Mesa mark v/iv/iii red stripe/ marshall JVM410H//Framus cobra//modded jcm800//peavey 5150//custom audio//splawn.
Incredible gain, i usually run blue at 12-1 o clock gain wise and red channel 9-10 o clock, LOTS of huge sounds to be had out of this thing. I cannot believe the "bang for the buck" this amp has.. i really think this is a game changer... where else can you get a 3 channel amp that sounds so amazing for $1000?! Seriously??

In my vid the gain on the green/blue channel was barely at noon... I dig in pretty hard when I play though... it allowed me to keep the clean super clean though... the Gmajor is in the loop for all 3 channels, you need a midi controller that sends CC messages to switch the loop on and off, so it was just on all the time...
