Crack in the headstock - need opinions

I will play devils advocate. This is a mid 80's Kramer Forum III. This crack has been there since the early 90's and even after replaced tuners...has not moved. Could it someday....I guess we will find out..but if you actually love the guitar and it feels special...hard decision.

I would drill a couple in holes, water down some glue and pump it in with a syringe. Then clamp and call it a day.
I feel as though the pic makes the crack look way worse, but I'll run some clear gel glue here soon.

It depends on how well it plays. Bonded guitars don’t fall from trees. If you play it for 25 years and then dies; was it worth it ? If your plan is to sell in two years then …. Find another.

That’s exactly what’s tough about it. I know myself and I don’t keep most things for longer than a couple years. Bad habit

That crack, if in the wood, will kill you on resale. If it can’t be easily sorted out (hopefully just lacquer), return it.

If they give you a discount and youre not a flipper........ just keep it, nothing wrong with that guitar.

Looks like a finish crack. I'd have a luthier look at it. Easy fix if it's just the paint. If you don't have it repaired it could keep lifting in the future.
Yeah, looks just like the finish as far as the pics go. The wood grain stucture has a different orientation, but remove the tuner to be sure
