Dead fret? Not sure how to tell, what can I do to fix?

Looks nice man ^^^ I did notice the low E and high E saddles sit very low compared to the others. Not sure how to raise it up on the TOM but I will research that too. My first TOM and the only screw I see just moves the saddle back and forth for intonation.
