Just saw a photo with the Kirk Hammett Sig Randall next to a unique looking mesa

No pics? It's about time they do signature amps . The king snake was a first step in that direction. This could mean a 2c+ of some sort

I'm asking permission to post the pic. Looks more like a Stilleto

I tried attaching the photo but i got a forum attachment quota has been reached

Upload to photobucket or something like that. Or pm me to email me the photo and I can post it up. Very curious about this.

Chassis looks like a Stiletto with a logo plate tacked on. But who knows what's wired up in there. Never seen him use a Stiletto, I don't think? He used a chrome Triple Recto a lot a few years back.

I wonder if there is an axe fx in there...

They used the Axefx one time to save on power consumption in the damn arctic. They've said several times that the axefx is not and will not be part of their live or studio set ups.

Didn't James use a stiletto on that guitar center showcase thing he did?

It was a Rectifier on the GC thing.

Yeah that looks like an original Stiletto, not even a Stage II. I'm sure it has had some work

I love the Stiletto sound. I hate they discontinued that model. It's the only Mesa I can dial in without clearing my schedule.

All the recent South American dates were Axe-FX only as well.

Ha! I have been a single channel guy forever that set my JTM45 about ten years ago and haven't touched it since so I thought my head would explode when I got my Triple Rec.
I can navigate that thing with ease. Very intuitive and quick to set for any sound.
For me anyway.

I can dial in a recto as well, but I can't abide those flubby lows for heavy stuff.
