Sorry to hear about that man, I never like to hear about divorce. Everyone can relate to the good until it wasn't. The financial hurt is real too, I'm just coming out on the other side. I was with my ex 28yrs, and after the fact, I now enjoy every day of my freedom, lol. There are definite pros. I have a pretty slick practice space in a converted bedroom that's virtually sound proof(outside the house), a golf sim in my garage, a room dedicated as a gun safe, 4 mtb in my dining room, and a 260g fish tank in my living room. Good luck convincing your wife this is a good idea.
