Wait... you already have the strat... and judging by this clip of it, I'd say the Deluxe Reverb and Klon are unnecessary:

Steve

Man, I have read on more than one occasion that Chubtone rips on guitar. I'd say that's an understatement. The man breaths fire! Killer riffing in that video.
All true, but this video ain't Chubs... It's Carl, but he no longer posts here...

Steve
Wasn't his handle fusionbear or something like that? I thought I saw Carl post here a couple weeks back.

As for Barzini - I miss his pomp on this forum. So it goes.

Hey RVS, what's up! Sounds like a great gig. What gear are you using for it?

Randy Van Sykes, Barzini, '70 strathead, Gainfreak all MIA

Yeah, this forum is still as cool as it used to be
Hey Curt...long time!

I just checked in and saw this Barzini thread, hoping it was new....but it's ancient.
Everyone that used to post that you are talking about are probably just busy living.

Make another CD dude!

We are playing next Saturday (just east of Sacramento) in Nevada City, nice outdoor show. If you want to make it out I could see about getting you and a guest in.
It's with a full on 50 piece symphony and a 50+ piece choir.

Cheers!

Here's a a recent vid (sorry about the quality, someone in the 2nd row with a cell phone) from a gig in Austin, TX a few weeks ago.
I'm really digging this symphony gig...and it covers a lot of bands with other shows. We also do other shows featuring the music of the Eagles...Kiss...Elton John....

Yep, Carl is fusionbear ;)
And we also have another Carl who is QUITE infamous back in the roster here too, carlygtr I believe his handle is. That cat's got some history here and on other boards too.

And then there's good ol' KC. But I dare not mention his full handle - it's been rather nice as of late, ahem.

Why the Barzini obsession here?

He has posted some of the funniest stuff on the internet in my experience. Some of it has a fair amount of depth. Certainly could think outside of the box....

That be a Digitech RP500 going direct....easy to fit in your baggage. Local gigs I can bring out the good stuff.
I used to like the Tonelab LE for travel but it's fragile and can't stay together through baggage claim. I thought it sounded really good for a cheap direct floorboard unit....I literally had to keep putting screws back in it, buttons wouldn't work, not a reliable unit for travel.

Say hi to Ralph and the House of Metal for me. Hope you're doing well.
