Fake Fender Outrage by ShitFluencers/CuckFluencers......

Calling you Smart would be my best option before I further make a fool of myself.
Fixed it for ya.
.. Nvm that Even relative to Brent Crude You are paying less now than one did 3-4 years ago.....
You dumb rock! I was talking about gas prices at the pump; I literally said that. You can bring up crude oil all you want, but if you wanna talk facts, see my screenshot. Current price per gallon in Wisconsin (I just picked a state that's neither overtly red or blue) $4.29 ish.
A year ago: ~$3 something. Facts.
Yet here You are bitching about it and some imaginary "Hip" problem You are on about now...
I didn't bring up the hip word to begin with.
Especially when your stupid arguments involve throwing out facts in favor of your very clear and obvios TGP Loving AssHattery and those type of TGP sensibilities on average just like some other characters here
You've proven my point about dragging unrelated (and untrue) stuff because now you see me as 'the other side' since I don't agree with you, so therefore I *must* be an TGP loving asshat. 😑 Have fun with your narrow minded black and white BS. I'm out.
But I digress...... Youre not here bitching about Fender and youre not a TGP Lover either :dunno::yes::LOL:
I... I can't even... medic!! 🤣

People might want to consider that one American guitar gear manufacturer attacking all the other American gear manufacturers ostensibly using a European court, but with the real goal of increasing their legal costs/putting them out of business in America:

1. Is shitty for US gear buyers
2. Doesn't fit cleanly into ANY standard US political narative

It's not an "us" vs "them" thing, it's a "us" vs "us" thing.

Well if Youre not complaining about this stupid EU law and the EU Courts.... Or Fenders right to follow its self interest.....What are You bitching about then.... Or not apparently.... Who are You kidding and again what are You Even talking about or not talking about at this point.

Nvm talk about BS that has nothing to do with gear or guitars and other conjecture and HiPerboly TGP Lover crap you care to talk about

Par for the course with these "Hip" fuckers in 2026 like Rhet Shull and the like :dunno:

It's not a US problem..... And it doesnt affect what players in the US Buy either.....

It's a EU problem.

And lets face.... Well to do fuckers who could afford a $10,000 guitar or whatever are the only ones who could afford this crap anyways.... So here is the tiniest violín for rich guys who Will just have to spend more to get already stupid expensive things the average person can't afford or really gives a fuck about :dunno:

Wrong. If this causes Suhr or Anderson or whoever to go out of business, it absolutely affects what US players buy.
Wrong US customers could Buy anything they want and this doesnt affect them, this only affects Europe and Europeans.....

Anything else youre saying are ifs, buts and pure loney nuts..... Conjecture and well "Hip" jargon and rhetoric. Well if x, y or z could happen who knows but correlation isnt always causation.

You do realize when Fender sues in Europe (which is what this is the first step of) it affects the ability of the defendants to stay in business here in the US, right?

I would assume that anyone could see that, but perhaps I assume too much.

You do realize that US customers can Buy any guitar they want in the US and so can many other countries outside of EU as well......

And no one is stopping them and nothing or any stupid EU laws is stopping them from buying them, the World doesnt revolve around Europe :dunno:

OK, you don't realize it. This is a waste of time.
Again your talking in ifs, buts and shit that is nuts.....

Americans are free to Buy any guitar they want and that is available on the market..... It's not that hard to understand or comprehend.

You know Suhr isn't going out of business because of this... They make all kinds of killer products and I believe all they would have to do is change the body shape a little or something.

Some of you are being overly dramatic. LOL

A revolution in Strat©️ design, introducing Suhr™️ by Fender Guitars©️

That's not clear at all. First Suhr will have to hire representation and defend themselves in a foreign country. Fender presumably thinks they've found a favorable jurisdiction (they could effectively shop for any jurisdiction in the EU) so Suhr winning the first round isn't anywhere close to guaranteed. Then if they lose they'll probably have to put up at least a part of the judgement while they appeal. Even if we assume Suhr is guaranteed to win on appeal, every dollar that goes to that crap is a dollar that doesn't go to paying their employees, rent, taxes etc.

It's entirely possible that Suhr is totally in the right here (i.e. Fender has no more right to protect the strat body shape in the EU than the do in the US) and Suhr still goes out of business.

It's worth noting that Gibson succeeded in their Singlecut lawsuit at the trial court level because they judge shopped. It was only later on appeal it got reversed.
