Maybe not a full blown regret since they were sold to fund other gear but:

1) Wizard 90's era 100w 6L6 MC
2) L*rry rack preamp
3) 1989 VHT 2150 power amp in purple with GE 6550s

I had a 79 Les Paul Artisan that I flipped for a decent profit. Would have been an insane profit now.

Diezel Herbert MRKI - It was a special one that doubded absolutely incredible

ESP / LTD EXP200 explorer (Gibson body style) - This one was had an alder body with original run EMG 81 / 89 - resonated and played amazingly

Ibanez RGD3127. This was a fantastic player, and it sounded pretty good as well with the D'Activators. I keep almost buying one but haven't done it yet.

This guitar was by far the coolest I've ever had. EBMM Silhouette Floyd. These don't come up often, and the few I've seen are outrageous.

I miss my blue floral JEM. I spent a lot of money into new pickups, new electronics, new trem, new nut, new tuners, etc.. Basically breathed life back into that thing. All Ibanezes from the early 90s are completely trashed by now. They're $3000k+ now and I'd have to dump a ton of money whether it's hardware, electronics, fretwork, etc.. It's just not worth it. Wish I kept this JEM instead of losing my ass selling it.

I traded away a Rev G Dual Rectifier for my Verellen Skyhammer. I love the Skyhammer, so no regrets there. I figured I would grab another Rectifier sometime, since they were cheap and everywhere.

Then they doubled in price. I still never replaced it.

None really, there was always a good reason. I miss my old Marshall 6100. But thats about it.

I had a couple really nice custom finish US Jacksons that I moved along in the 2000s. Erie Dess Swirls, metallic color changing ones etc. People were always selling them cheap and my policy was I'd buy them for $1000 or less and sell them for $1200 or more. I never would have though prices would increase as much as they have. I made some money but I miss some of them, especially one of the metalic plum (not sure what they called it) Soloists.

I did buy a EDS Kelly a while back which scratched that itch, but it cost way more than it should have.

Eventide H910
AMS 1580
EH Deluxe Memory Man
...
a particular 66 Pinstripe - 68 Basketweave Marshall 4x12 stack (well I've had others, but those 2 cabs were quite unique sounding)

Those are the main ones that come to mind; prices have gone crazy since I sold them, couldn't replace them today at current market value!
