From what I could see the upper 2203 is turned on and looks like it has a cord plugged into it, it's the DSL on the bottom that isn't turned on. As always George might have another amp behind the stage line stuff but the light on that 2203 is on, whether or not he is playing through it is another story.

Yep.
Best Lynch Mob show I’ve been to in a long time.
Not that other shows have been “not good”. The whole band just seemed to be “on it” Saturday night.

Ah Hell he's earned it................. the roadwhore that he is. I thought he was hanging it up last year yet here he is still playing. The guy either needs the money or he just loves playing. I've seen him live a few times and met him and guitar clinic in 2007, he actually was kinda chatty and wasn't shitty to anyone in the meet and greet as I had heard he was supposed to be.
I asked him if he was using SD Distortion on the Dokken albums and he said you know.... I can't remember if I was???????

George has always been the guy I root for... Definitely has his on moments and off... People comment on his timing, his tone, clams... When the dude was ON, man... sight to see and hear. I've seen both ends live and recorded and truthfully, love it.

i’ll agree with that!
when i saw him on breaking the chains tour he was an above average la club player with snoozeola tone.
by the time i saw him on ulak tour his years of tour play/gear experience, unbridled hatred for Donny, and copious amounts of Quagmire dust turned him into a stadium ready showman with massive guitar sounds which seemed to carry through the lynch mob years.
but man the second that cat stops woodshedding his roaring ferarri chops turns into a 2 wheeled tricycle clown horn fiesta.
this guy looks like freddy prince in hammer pants but he has chops and groove!

agree that had some flashes of Lynch greatness. was totally influenced by his his lead playing on under lock and key and some of it comes out when i’m in an 80’s frame of mind ala the Jimmy Lugo RT jamalong track from an era gone by
i remember the toughest part about recording that lead was that it was my axefx ultra DI to my mac so trying to make it sound alive in the groove, creepy ala Lynch, and build it to a crescendo

He's always had that instant go for it improv style and sometimes it lands awesome and sometimes it doesn't, he struggles and then brings it back. Either way his playing is never boring and he is never just regurgitating the same old scales and runs.
His mind is a beautiful mix of chaos and order like EVH IMHO.

True but sometimes more locked in and comes back in at the right time. Just seemed like he was playing around the beat here at every measure.
I saw him a few years back and the band sounded incredible. He was Def locked in when I saw him. A bit around the beat as is his style but he landed the key parts / epic parts of his solos. Now it seems like he blows through them or misses them completely. Still dig his groove though ( and tone)
