This has to be one of the dumbest guitar designs ever. Jack Frost sig... :doh: :doh: :doh:

He seems to have decent vibrato, he can probably play reasonably well but he totally overdoes the neck slides and quick crazy runs. They remind me a lot of this guy lol..good ol Richard Benson Rock Legend from Italy!! This guy was so funny when i was a kid.. he's a big fat insane nut job now who gets booed off small club stages.

I love this one.. "la velocita" in other words.. "speed"

What the hell is Jack doing at 1:18? In the comments it says "The Jack Frost Stomp". :lol: :LOL:



This guy cannot play in time, misses notes all over the place in a very easy song. This is overall horrible (the whole thing):



Look, I'm certainly no musical genius, so anyone can say what they want about the guy being better than me and I'm a nobody, however, I fail to understand why this guy has sig equipment and people want him to demo their gear. Please... someone explain it to me... :confused:

I am a complete pentatonic hack. On my best day. That disclaimer out of the way, this guy is utterly horrific on all levels. Slop slop slop. The guy that said he has amazing phrasing is a sarcastic genius. To say the least.

James Rivera (in the Seven Witches clip) is the go to guy for late-80s power metal wash ups that need fill-in singers. If the 3rd post-original bassist for Metal Church formed a band, their singer probably flaked and I am sure James sang for them. Which sucks as he has a good voice. Just always taking the scraps unfortunately.

Maybe he won the lottery, and pays for all his signature gear or something. If I'm ever caught doing "The Jack Frost Stomp" on stage...you have permision to shoot me..that includes Jack. Maybe he is a nice guy.. I excused the first video, as just noodle. The second as, why?..But the live video's you posted Steve. I ponder the same... So when are you gonna have him demo your amp? :lol: :LOL: :lol: :LOL:

You make great points and I have a similar request if I'm seen executing the Stomp. I'm sure he's a really nice guy... and anyone having fun playing music is ok with me, I just don't get the endorsements and such...

As far as him demoing my amp... hell, I don't think I can afford him!

Ok, I kid you guys not but here's a Facebook message I got a few weeks ago from a friend of mine who's a singer.

ok im just venting, but.... do you fn know that if you search youtube for jack frost you will find so many videos, songs, albums, bands he was in all because daddy had money... he was even in savatage grrrrrr.....ok rant over

Livin' the dream? Playing covers at Jaxx Nightclub and restaurant in the strip mall? Perhaps you and I had different dreams with regards to music... ;)

As far as "not the greatest", I think the issues go a bit further than that - basic timing, missing notes... that goes far beyond not the greatest to me...

Man, I refuse to bash anyones ability or talent. Who the hell am I anyway? Just some dime a dozen guitar player in a cover band. I've met, seen, and played on the same bill as Jack many times. Years ago he had a band called Frost Bite. Those guys were cool to hang with. Jack has always been a nice guy (With a bit of an EGO) and very good at marketing his brand. First time I ever heard of Wizzard amps was because Jack was endorsed by them. Did his father pay for everything? Thats always been the rumor, but he did tour with Savatage. I dont see how money can buy you that.
