I watched that yesterday. Sounded pretty decent but not mindblowing or anything. Seems like he's trying to become an influencer with his channel but I don't think it's going to work that well.

Liked the tone.
Lots of clarity in the chords and single notes.
I wonder if he was running an SD-1 into the amp head, or was that all the amp by itself?

I think he was plugged into his board but don't know what, if anything, he had activated. On a different video he gives a rundown of his board.

Well he influenced me to never watch his channel.
Thought it was some big SRV Texas blues guy.
Wondering why he’s doing third rate versions of Jimmy Page and Free.
The sound is muddy and the guitar is out of tune. That’s my take away.

I'm not surprised by your opinion lol. I don't understand the guy tbh...
Toured with Lucky Peterson but then went full blues-rock. Same tired stuff. Blew it because he became a junkie. Now he does parking lot gigs for H-D and what not. He can really rip but usually totally overdoes it. Lots of overplaying. Proud freemason....smh, the guy just doesn't seem all there...

dosent sound very good, but it looks like he is mic'ing the rim of the speaker on about a 60 degree angle, not sure thats exactly the right way to go about things
