@NeubyWanKaneuby how do you like the blade pickups on your NF53? I tried a black one out at the store and though the guitar wouldn't have been my first choice for a PRS, I thought the blades were killer and was kind of blown away by them. I could easily get addicted to playing an axe like that. The whole thing was exceptional. It caught me off guard.
I always liked the vintage radius! It's very comfortable for chording. Nice axe!!!One of the best strats I've ever played. Don't have a problem with the 7.25 radius (surprisingly). 6 pounds 12 ounces.
I bought a Tungsten one about he same weight. Getting the pickups changed in that (which PRS makes a bit of a challenge).

PS Custom24 with BKP Abraxas PUs.
Paired with a nice mesa or cranked twin do they give those Carlos tones? What do you think of the Abraxas in your PRS? I've got a set of Abraxas that I didn't quite sound the way I wanted them to in a Les Paul, not bad, just not thick enough. I've had great luck with Crawlers in my CU24, which I don't think are that far off, at least tonally, from the Abraxas. So, I was wondering what your thoughts on Abraxas in your PRS.
Any Boogie combo will do, I like the Mark IV and Mark VII the best, works really well. Though I personally don't hear that much of a difference between different sets of good PAF PUs, i.e. a good set of Seymour Duncans would work as well for me.Paired with a nice mesa or cranked twin do they give those Carlos tones?
I mostly play heavy music and tonewise go for a 70s Rock basis adapted to a modern setting with organic sounding overdrive. Hence my main amp rig is the VH4 paired with the Mark VII. For lead tones, Santana is one of my biggest inspirations and I love that fat, juicy, tuby, Boogie lead sound. Works well in a modern setting as well. That was the basis on which I discussed my pickup choices with BKP and ultimately went with the Abraxas. Works well for me, I don't feel a need to change anything. What do you think of the Abraxas in your PRS? Sup fellas! I still got this old 2015 USA Holcomb, fun guitar to play. I still remember the day I got it, the local shop brought it back from namm, I got to unbox and try it out at the shop... was shocked it was perfectly tuned to drop D out of the box.

I think its called pattern thin with a 20" radius? That's the best looking Holcomb I've seen, it doesn't have the neck binding the new ones have.
What's the neck profile on that guitar?
