Back in 2020 I had 2 Duvells. Which I foolishly sold. Today I saw one of them for sale again

Congrats! I just put a set of Black Heavens into my 09 Charvel SoCal. They have a unique clarity, feel that give them a vintage/high gain combo thing with big lows. Very interesting sound. Definitely want to try an M6.

I tried the Black Heaven first, before swapping to the M6. The M6 is tighter, more aggressive, more of a guttural growl. Worked better for me. The Black Heaven has a rounder attack and bigger lows, but looser. It was too muddy in my guitars for my style of playing. The M6 is one of, if not the best pickup I've tried to date. I was using the Duncan Nazgul for years and I'm super happy with the M6 now.

I grabbed a BKP ceramic Nailbomb and Juggernaut at the same time but I have no desire to try those after using the M6. Wish I hadn't bought them.
